Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of deedaddenda.digital, including subscription features, document templates, and workflow tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in material breach of these terms.
2. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal
Paid plans are billed at the price shown before checkout. Unless stated otherwise before purchase, subscriptions renew on a recurring basis until cancelled. You authorize the selected payment method for initial and renewal charges. Service access starts after successful payment. Cancellation terms, payment timing and method, and recurring-payment details must be read together with our commercial disclosures published under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, 特定商取引に関する法律.
3. Permitted use
You may use the service for lawful internal business or personal document workflow purposes. You must not resell access, reverse engineer the platform except where non-waivable law permits, interfere with security, upload unlawful content, or use templates in a misleading or infringing manner.
4. Templates and no legal advice
Templates and automation outputs are informational tools only and do not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing documents for suitability, local law, and transaction-specific accuracy before use.
5. Intellectual property
The platform, software, branding, site content, and template compilation are owned by or licensed to deedaddenda.digital. Subject to your subscription, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and generated documents for your lawful purposes. No ownership is transferred.
6. Availability and changes
We may update features, security measures, or technical requirements. Material changes to these terms will be notified in a reasonable manner before taking effect. We do not exclude rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Contract Act, 消費者契約法.
7. Privacy and external transmission
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy in line with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, 個人情報の保護に関する法律. If we use analytics or similar tools involving external transmission of user-related data, related notice is provided under the Telecommunications Business Act, 電気通信事業法.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law. Service issues should be reported promptly so we can investigate and respond.
